Your Experience Is Everything To Us
So many people write to complain about their experience that I thought I would take the time to write a positive note about one of your employees, Lady. I have a six-year-old that loves to have her portraits taken as well as a very active 16-month-old that can't sit still. I went to have their portraits taken and what I thought would happen did. My six-year-old was a breeze and my 16-month-old was everything but a breeze. Lady, was very patient and did everything to make my son smile. She took portraits of him on the go because he did not want to even stand where he was supposed to. Somehow, someway, she was able to capture his personality. I am so happy with the results. I will certainly ask for her next time I come to have my children's portraits taken. Please thank her once again for me and I am sure I will see her soon.
I just wanted to let you all know about my wonderful experience at the Lakeline location. We were walking though the mall and we stopped into the studio with a couple of questions about the process. Tori and Sara were wonderful. They answered all of my questions and more. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. They provided us with suggestions on what to wear along with different ideas on what could be done. They were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We scheduled an appointment and went ahead and joined the Portrait Club Membership. We looked forward to our appointment the following week and the wonderful portraits and memories to come. It was such a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back.
