1. Do I need to make an appointment?
To ensure you are helped at a time most convenient for you and your child(ren), it is best to schedule an appointment. Schedule your appointment today by calling 1-800-341-HOUR or go through our Studio Locator and schedule your appointment online.
2. What are the prices at The Picture People?
At The Picture People there is a broad selection from which to choose, including color or black & white, standard sizes or enlargements. Click here to get information on our sizes and prices.
3. What special order items do you offer at The Picture People?
At The Picture People, there are unique one-of-a-kind items to order from your portrait session. We'll turn your favorite portrait into a photo-sculpture, a magnet, or even a portrait mouse pad. Just order it at the studio, and it will be delivered to your home within 2-3 weeks. Click here to find more information on our special order products.
4. Can I bring my pet in for a portrait session?
Yes, absolutely. We are pleased to be able to offer pet portrait sessions for our customers. However, we do have a few special rules to ensure the safety of both our customers and our furry friends. Please contact your local studio for more information about pet sessions.
5.How do I access my personal snapshots from my ZAZZLE account?
If you have uploaded any of your personal snapshots and other material to your customer page on the previous Zazzle-hosted SmileStore, you will still be able to share them and order the full range of great Zazzle products at www.zazzle.com. Contact Zazzle Support at 1-888-8ZAZZLE (1-888-892-9953).
6. Can I transfer my personal snapshots from my ZAZZLE account to my new SmileStore account?
No unfortunately this is not a feature of The Picture People’s current SmileStore.
7. I placed an order on SmileStore before October 29th 2009, when should I expect it? How do I track it? Will I still receive it?

8. Can you upload my new sessions to my ZAZZLE account?
Effective October 29, 2009, our SmileStore will no longer be hosted by Zazzle therefore sessions can not be uploaded to Zazzle.
